Community Involvement

We’re very excited to continue our involvement with our charity partner Menslink.  The Charity provides vital support to young men aged 10–25 across Canberra and the surrounding region through free counselling, mentoring, and education programs. For over 20 years, Menslink has helped young men overcome challenges such as family breakdown, mental health issues, bullying, and social isolation. Their professional counselling service offers a safe, confidential space for young men to build resilience and confidence. The mentoring program matches young men with positive male role models who offer guidance, stability, and friendship through regular activities and support.  Menslink also delivers education sessions in schools and workplaces, including the “Silence is Deadly” campaign and the TRIBE program—initiatives that promote emotional openness, positive masculinity, and suicide prevention. These programs empower young men to speak up, seek help, and support each other. Menslink continues to make a lasting impact—building stronger individuals, families, and communities across the Canberra region.
